In order to ensure that our products are utilised to its full effect, we’ve developed our training curriculum and courses to quickly and effectively provide users with the necessary skills and insights.
It is important to note that without proper training, users making use our products will not be able to maximise its efficiency. Training supports the embedment of the CiiMS solution and the associated management thereof.

User Courses
CiiMS Ops User
1 Day Course
Users attending this course will be skilled in the fundamentals and general functionality of CiiMS Ops. This includes terminology and principals used in the application.
The user will be trained to effectively use the respective CiiMS Ops modules which include Occurrences, Escalation Procedures, Checklist, Job Cards and Assets.
The user training will include basic searches, filtering and reporting.
CiiMS Intel User
2 Days Course
The CiiMS Intel user course enables the user to effectively use the Incident-, Investigation-, Profiling- and Information Reports modules.
This course also includes training on the more advance features of CiiMS such as Workflows, Escalation Procedures and Link Analysis to name a few.
Users will be trained on searching, filtering and visualising data and utilising their skills in the development of Dashboards and Reports.
CiiMS Risk User
1 Day Course
The CiiMS Risk training course provides the necessary skills and competencies to use the Risk Management functionality including Assessments, Threats, Risks, Mitigation Activities and Consquences.
The user will also be trained on searches, filtering, reporting and dashboards.
It is recommend that users first complete either CiiMS Ops or CiiMS Intel training as foundation training.
Signal Tower User
1 Day Course
This course will guide the user to effectively manage alarms and will be skilled in the general functionality of Signal Tower.
General terminology used within Signal Tower will be explained and user will be skilled in managing alarm events.
The course contains many practical exercises. Users will learn how to capture, manage and report on alarm/event information.
CiiMS GO User
1 Day Course
Users will be skilled in the general functionality of CiiMS GO (Mobile App) and all terminology used.
Users will be guided to capture events and checklists using the mobile application as well as general navigation and usage such as the SOS, alerts, review and updating features.
CiiMS Reporting
1 Day Course
The course will guide the user to effectively extract information from the CiiMS solution for analysis and reporting purpose. The course focuses on filtering, visualising and analysing data for reports and dashboards.
The user will be equipped with knowledge and know how on the CiiMS Report Builder, Report Template and Scheduled Report, Saved Queries and Dashboard features.
System Administration Courses
Signal Tower Administrator
2 Day Course
The Signal Tower Administrator course is developed to train technical personnel responsible for the setup, configuration and maintenance of alarm and event monitoring technologies in Signal Tower.
The course covers the setup and configuration of integrations, users, accounts, dashboards and reports.
CiiMS Administrator
2 Day Course
This course is mandatory for all system administrators of the CiiMS application and covers the administration aspects of the application where users, processes, use cases and functionality is setup and configured.
The system administrator needs to have successfully completed the user training courses relevant before completing this course.
CiiMS Administrator Plus
1 Day Course
This course follows on the successful completion of the standard CiiMS Administrator course and is designed for system administrators needing to further their skill and knowledge in advanced configuration and mapping of CiiMS.
This course covers application administration for CiiMS Risk, 3rd Party Integrations, Region Profile Settings, and other advanced capabilities.
