Course Aims:
  • This course or support session has been identified as the necessity occurred to assist clients when experiencing a problem to optimally or effectively utilize the system with either one or more of its aspects. When a client experience a problem with a specific area such as Checklists or Writing of Rules, a session can be scheduled where the specific problem will be dealt with until the client feels competent in that area of the application. This is a service that will assist clients to ensure effective and optimal usage of their systems.
